Branduolinė medžiaga yra: ↑ plutonis, ↑ uranas (natūralusis, sodrintasis ²³⁵U arba ²³³U izotopų ir nesodrintasis) ir toris, esantis metalo lydinio cheminio junginio ar koncentrato pavidalo arba kitų medžiagų mišinyje.
